車裝5台紀錄器 他1年檢舉上千件

行車紀錄器平價化與智慧型手機普及，讓用路人檢舉風氣興盛，台中有名「檢舉達人」，轎車上裝設5部行車紀錄器，身上前後還個別有密錄器蒐證，1年檢舉案超過千件，警方都要加班處理。

以台中市交通較繁重的台中第六警分局為例，去年接獲民眾檢舉交通違規案件量達7632件，較前年成長7倍之多，且有逐年增加趨勢，各分局交通組無不加派人力，處理民眾的檢舉影帶。

台中市這名檢舉達人在轎車上裝設5部行車紀錄器，身上前後還各別有1部密錄器，只要有空就外出「巡邏」；他還自行剪輯行車紀錄器的多角度畫面檢舉，讓收到影帶的員警嘆為觀止，且他「產量」驚人，每月檢舉案件量都超過百件。

警方表示，依據「道路交通管理處罰條例」規定，民眾提供用路人違規事實影片，就能向公路主管或警察機關檢舉，查證屬實可逕行舉發，由行車紀錄器與智慧型手機拍下違規影片很多，使案件量爆增，反成為警方一大負擔。

除了影片檢舉，民眾也習慣撥打110與1999市民專線檢舉交通違規；台中市七期周邊交通每逢假日出現違規停車、導致壅塞情形，民眾檢舉電話常打爆報案系統，讓到場驅趕、開單的員警疲於奔命。

1名婦人先前因開車上班，1個月收到8張罰單，她現在也養成看到違規會拍照的習慣。
